研究伦理中的知情同意

摘　　要：“知情同意”是一条重要的伦理原则,最早用于医学研究和临床医疗领域,主要是指在进行医学研究或医学治疗之前让参与者(被试、患者)知情,了解该试验或治疗行为可能带来的影响,并对是否同意参与该项试验或治疗作出决定。本文首先介绍医学研究和临床医疗中出现的与知情同意有关的事件,然后讨论语言学与应用语言学研究中的知情同意问题,通过一个假设的研究项目来分析知情同意问题与研究项目之间的关系。本文的目的是提醒语言学与应用语言学研究者在从事涉及人类参与者的研究时,要注意征得被试的知情同意。"Informed consent"is an important ethical principle that was first used in medical research and clinical care,and it mainly refers to the process of informing the participants(subjects and patients)of the possible effects of an experiment or treatment before it is carried out,and making a decision about whether to agree to participate in the experiment or treatment.This paper first describes the events related to informed consent that occured in medical research and clinical practice,and then discusses the issue of informed consent in linguistics and applied linguistics research,and it finally analyzes the relationship between the issue of informed consent and the research project by examining a hypothetical research project.The purpose of this paper is to remind linguistics and applied linguistics researchers of the importance of obtaining informed consent from subjects when engaging in research involving human participants.
