消费教育对服装可持续消费行为的影响:基于供给系统感知的中介作用

摘  要:针对消费者的供给系统感知不足、服装可持续消费行为践行度低的问题,文章基于消费者教育视角探讨供给系统感知在消费教育与服装可持续消费行为之间的中介效应。构建了包含消费教育主体、形式、内容,服装可持续消费行为及供给系统感知的中介模型,并运用AMOS结构方程模型与BOOTSTRAP置信区间方法进行实证检验。结果表明消费教育的3个维度均能正向影响消费者服装可持续消费行为,而供给系统感知的资源感知、环境感知和技术成熟度感知在这一过程中发挥中介作用。因此通过消费教育能够使消费者产生更高的供给系统感知,进而激发消费者服装可持续消费行为,对于引导消费者实施可持续消费行为具有理论意义。Aimed at the problems of insufficient perception of supply system and low practice of sustainable consumption behavior of clothing,this paper discusses the mediating effect of supply system perception between consumption education and sustainable consumption behavior of clothing from the perspective of consumer education.An intermediary model including the subject,form and content of consumer education,sustainable clothing consumption behavior and supply system perception was constructed.AMOS structural equation model and BOOTSTRAP confidence interval method were used for empirical test.The results show that the three dimensions of consumer education can positively affect the sustainable consumption behavior of consumers,and the perception of resources,environment and technology maturity of supply system perception play an intermediary role in this process.Therefore,consumer education can make consumers have a higher perception of the supply system,and then stimulate consumers′sustainable clothing consumption behavior,which has theoretical significance for guiding consumers to implement sustainable consumption behavior.
