摘 要:本文建立一种高效液相色谱串联质谱法测定鸡蛋中甲氧苄啶残留量的方法。鸡蛋样品经过两次乙腈提取,在电喷雾正离子扫描和多反应监测模式下进行测定,外标法定量。结果表明,甲氧苄啶浓度在0.5~50.0 ng·mL^(-1)线性关系良好,相关系数在0.99以上,方法检出限为1.0μg·kg^(-1);在低、中、高3个加标水平下,甲氧苄啶的平均回收率在82.3%~94.5%,相对标准偏差在1.2%~2.8%。该方法操作简便、结果准确,适用于批量化检测鸡蛋中甲氧苄啶的残留量,具备良好的推广前景。A method for the determination of trimethoprim residues in eggs by high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry was developed.The egg samples were extracted by acetonitrile twice,determined by electrospray positive ion scanning and multi-reaction monitoring mode,and quantified by external standard method.The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the concentration of trimethoprim in the range of 0.5 ng·mL^(-1)to 50.0 ng·mL^(-1),with a correlation coefficient above 0.99;the detection limit of the method was 1.0μg·kg^(-1);at low,medium,and high spiked levels,the average recovery rate of trimethoprim ranged from 82.3%to 94.5%,with a relative standard deviation of 1.2%to 2.8%.This method is easy to operate,accurate in results,and suitable for batch detection of residues of trimethoprim in eggs,with good prospects for promotion.
