摘 要:目的:分析山药中克百威检测能力验证考核结果,评价实验室农药残留定量检测能力。方法:依据作业指导书,采用液相色谱串联质谱法检测山药中克百威的含量。结果:测得山药中克百威残留量为0.194 mg·kg^(-1),Z值为-0.8,能力验证结果为满意。结论:本次能力验证结果证实实验室具备检测山药中克百威残留的能力。Objective:To analyze the results of the proficiency verification of carbofuran in yam and evaluate the laboratory’s ability to detect pesticide residues quantitatively.Method:According to the operation instructions,the content of carbofuran in yam was determined by LC-MS/MS.Result:The detected value of carbaryl in yam was 0.194 mg·kg^(-1),with a Z-value of-0.8,results is satisfactory.Conclusion:The results of this capability verification confirmed that the laboratory has the ability to detect the residues of carbofuran residues in yam.
