氟虫腈和水胺硫磷胶体金试剂盒性能考察与分析

摘　　要：研究市面上3个厂家的氟虫腈和水胺硫磷胶体金试剂盒在不同基质中的应用效果,考察其产品的准确度和灵敏度、特异性、假阴性率和假阳性率。结果表明,3个厂家的氟虫腈和水胺硫磷胶体金试剂盒的灵敏度和准确度较高,符合说明书要求;交叉反应结果均为阴性,表明其特异性良好;空白基质加标检测结果与加标情况一致,表明其假阴性率和假阳性率为0。这说明3个厂家的氟虫腈和水胺硫磷胶体金试剂盒检测结果准确、可靠,可以广泛推广应用。The application effects of colloidal gold kits of fipronil and isocarbophos from three manufacturers in different matrices are studied,and the accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,false negative rate and false positive rate of their products are investigated.The results show that the sensitivity and accuracy of colloidal gold kits of fipronil and isocarbophos from the three manufacturers are high,which meet the requirements of the instructions.The results of cross reaction are negative,indicating good specificity.The results of blank matrix labeling are consistent with those of blank matrix labeling,indicating that the false negative rate and false positive rate are 0.This shows that the detection results of colloidal gold kits of fipronil and isocarbophos from the three manufacturers are accurate and reliable,and can be widely used.
