摘  要:随着食品安全事件频发,食品检验检测的重要性日益凸显。但是,食品检验检测质量易受实验室环境、样品采集与处理、检测方法、仪器设备等因素的影响,导致检测结果的准确性和可靠性降低。为提高食品检验检测的准确性和可靠性,保障公众健康,本文提出加强实验室环境控制、规范样品采集与处理流程、优化检测技术、强化仪器设备管理以及提升人员专业素质与操作技能等对策。With the frequent occurrence of food safety incidents,the importance of food inspection and testing has become increasingly prominent.However,the quality of food inspection and testing is easily affected by laboratory environment,sample collection and processing,testing methods,equipment and other factors,resulting in lower accuracy and reliability of test results.In order to improve the accuracy and reliability of food inspection and ensure public health,this paper puts forward some countermeasures,such as strengthening laboratory environment control,standardizing sample collection and processing processes,optimizing detection technologies,strengthening the management of instruments and equipment,and improving the professional quality and operation skills of personnel.
