高效液相色谱法检测玉米及其制品中黄曲霉毒素B_(1)的含量

摘　　要：本文建立了高效液相色谱检测玉米及其制品中黄曲霉毒素B_(1)含量的方法。试样用甲醇-水溶液涡旋振荡提取,提取液经免疫亲和柱净化,氮吹浓缩,供高效液相色谱-荧光检测器测定。结果表明,黄曲霉毒素B_(1)在0.1~20.0 ng·mL^(-1)范围内线性关系良好,方法检出限为0.02μg·kg^(-1),定量限为0.05μg·kg^(-1),加标回收率在89.0%~98.7%,相对标准偏差为1.24%~4.39%。本方法适用于玉米及其制品中黄曲霉毒素B_(1)含量的检测。A method for detecting aflatoxin B_(1)content in corn and its products using high-performance liquid chromatography has been established in this paper.The sample was extracted by vortex oscillation with methanol water solution,and the extract was purified by an immunoaffinity column and concentrated by nitrogen blowing for determination by high-performance liquid chromatography fluorescence detector.The results showed that aflatoxin B_(1)had a good linear relationship in the range of 0.1~20.0 ng·mL^(-1),with a detection limit of 0.02μg·kg^(-1)and a quantification limit of 0.05μg·kg^(-1).The recovery rate was within the range of 89.0%~98.7%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.24%~4.39%.This method is applicable for the detection of aflatoxin B_(1)content in corn and its products.
