摘  要:为了给智能制造领域培养更多具备解决复杂工程问题能力的技术及创新型人才,以S7-1200的1215C为控制核心设计了一套具有送料、加工、装配、检测及分拣功能的离散行业自动化生产线的电气控制系统。方案采用了分布式PLC控制系统,以供料加工单元PLC为例设计了I/O分配表并进行了电机及驱动器的选型。在TIA Portal V18中进行了设备组态、工艺“轴”组态并利用模块化方法设计了不同功能的FC,重点阐述了运动控制和顺序控制的设计思路,同时应用WinCC RT Professional进行了上位机监控系统设计。经过测试验证,系统运行良好。实践表明,该系统可用于开展诊断、调试、排故、优化改进直至全新独立设计的全过程演练,以提高工科学生综合分析、设计和创新能力。In order to cultivate more technical and innovative talents capable of solving complex engineering problems in the field of intelligent manufacturing,a set of electrical control system for a discrete industry automation production line with functions including feeding,processing,assembly,inspection,and sorting is designed with the S7-12001215C as the control core.A distributed PLC control system is adopted in the system,with the I/O allocation table designed for the feeding and processing unit PLC as an example,along with the selection of motors and drives.Configuration of equipment,process"axes"configuration in TIA Portal V18 are performed,utilizing a modular approach to design different functions of FC.The design concepts for motion control and sequence control are elaborated,with WinCC RT Professional applied for the design of the supervisory control system.Test results show that the system operates smoothly.Practical application shows that the system can be used to full-process drill in diagnostic,debugging,troubleshooting,optimization,and improvement processes,eventually leading to independent designs,and finally improving the comprehensive abilities in analysis,design,and innovation in engineering of trainees.
