摘 要:设计一种货车防疲劳驾驶系统,通过摄像头及树莓派芯片对货车驾驶员的面部信息进行收集分析,以此判断驾驶员的疲劳状态,通过声光电等多种方式以及通过星闪通信技术与智能终端进行通信,从而对驾驶员进行疲劳提醒。通过STM32单片机供电电路设计、星闪供电电路设计、树莓派与星闪通信串口转换电路设计,为系统提供了硬件工作支持;同时进行了STM32软件设计和防疲劳算法控制系统软件设计,最后根据系统的软硬件设计进行了系统测试仿真。测试结果表明,系统基本能够正确识别驾驶员的人脸信息判断疲劳状态,智能座椅振动、蜂鸣、灯光等多种提醒方式能够及时执行,解决了现有货车防疲劳驾驶系统提醒方式单一的问题,从而有效减少了疲劳驾驶的概率。A truck anti-fatigue driving system is designed,which collects and analyzes the facial information of the truck driver through the camera and Raspberry Pi chip,so as to judge the fatigue state of the driver,communicates with the intelligent terminal through sound and light and NearLink,so as to remind the driver of fatigue.Hardware support is provided to the system through the design of STM32 microcontroller power supply circuit,flash power supply circuit,Raspberry Pi and NearLink port conversion circuit.Simultaneously,STM32 software and anti fatigue algorithm control system software are designed.Finally,the system test simulation is conducted according to the software and hardware design of the system.The test results show that the system can basically correctly identify the driver's face information to judge the fatigue state.Various reminder methods such as intelligent seat vibration,beep and lighting can be implemented in time,which solves the problem of the single reminder mode of the existing truck anti-fatigue driving system,thus effectively reducing the probability of fatigue driving.
