摘  要:为实现以虚拟设备替代真实设备完成教学任务和教学目的,借助数字孪生技术,通过Process Simulate软件加载所需工业机器人模型并安装设置机器人控制器,完成工业机器人程序编写和调试,同时借助PLCSIM Advanced建立软件与PLC间的通信完成工业机器人相关产线PLC程序的编写,最终通过编写的自动化程序完成工艺流程验证和程序的下载。实践结果表明,与机器人自带的仿真软件程序相比,借助Process Simulate编写的机器人程序精度、效率更高,兼容多品牌机器人程序。在实现教学目的和教学任务的同时,更加安全和高效,所提方法有很强的实用性和推广价值。In order to replace real devices with virtual devices to complete teaching tasks and objectives,with the help of digital twin technology,the required industrial robot model is loaded into Process Simulate software,and the robot controller is installed and set up,then the programming and debugging of the industrial robot program can be completed on the software.Then communication is established between the software and PLC through PLCSIM Advanced,and the PLC production program of the industrial robot can be completed.The process flow verification can be carried out on a,the PLC program can also be downloaded using the written automation program.Practices show that compared with the simulation software programs that come with robots,the robot programs written with Process Simulate have higher accuracy and efficiency,and are compatible with multi brand robot programs.While achieving teaching objectives and tasks,the proposed method is safer and more efficient,and has strong practicality and promotional value.
