摘 要:耙式真空干燥机由于压差波动的影响,导致脱水量均匀度和干燥时间不理想,为此研究基于等压差原理的耙式真空干燥机改造设计方法。通过分析耙式真空干燥机真空干燥原理,得到影响压力稳定的因素,并根据影响因素确定目标函数。引入等压差原理,设置耙式真空干燥机改造设计的等压差约束条件,并分析影响约束条件的相关设计因素,通过改进阻尼器和磁流变液的流变效应,以及设定合理的活塞长度,获取稳定的干燥压力。实验结果表明:该方法的脱水量均匀度均在97.3%以上,干燥时间缩短比达到了43.5%,验证了该方法可有效解决脱水量均匀度和干燥时间不理想的问题。Due to the influence of the fluctuation of pressure difference,the uniformity of water removal and drying time of the rake vacuum dryer are not ideal.Therefore,the design method of the rake vacuum dryer based on the principle of constant pressure difference is studied.By analyzing the vacuum drying principle of rake vacuum dryer,the factors affecting pressure stability are obtained,and the objective function is determined according to the influencing factors.By introducing the principle of isobaric difference,the restriction conditions of isobaric difference are set,and the related design factors affecting the restriction conditions are analyzed.By improving the rheological effect of damper and magnetorheological fluid,and setting a reasonable length of piston,a stable drying pressure is obtained.The experimental results show that the uniformity of water removal is more than 97.3%,and the shortening ratio of drying time is 43.5%,which proves that the method can effectively solve the problem of unsatisfactory uniformity of water removal and drying time.
