摘　　要：目的:探究ZSWIM4在卵巢组织中的表达情况及其与卵巢浆液性囊腺癌患者临床病理参数及预后的关系。方法:通过免疫组织化学染色法检测129例卵巢组织(恶性肿瘤组74例、交界肿瘤组17例、良性肿瘤组21例和正常组17例)中ZSWIM4的表达情况,分析其与卵巢浆液性囊腺癌患者临床病理参数及预后的相关性。结果:ZSWIM4主要定位于细胞核,细胞质中亦有一定表达。ZSWIM4在卵巢浆液性囊腺癌组织中的阳性、强阳性表达率为(87.8%&63.5%)明显高于交界肿瘤组(52.9%&23.5%)及良性肿瘤组(23.8%&4.8%)及正常组(11.8%&5.9%)(P<0.01)。ZSWIM4表达水平同患者的年龄、FIGO分期、肿瘤分化程度及淋巴结是否转移之间无显著相关性(P>0.05)。ZSWIM4高表达的患者生存期明显缩短(P<0.05),可作为患者预后的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:ZSWIM4在卵巢浆液性囊腺癌组织中高表达且影响患者生存预后,有望作为新的诊疗生物标志物,用以预后风险评估,作为临床治疗的潜在靶点。Objective:To investigate the expression of ZSWIM4 in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma tissues,as well as its correlation with clinical and pathological parameters and prognosis of ovarian cancer patients.Methods:Immunohistochemistry staining was used to assess the expression of ZSWIM4 in 74 cases of ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma,including 17 cases of ovarian borderline tumor tissues,21 cases of epithelial benign tumor tissues,and 17 cases of normal ovarian tissues.The correlation between ZSWIM4 expression and clinical and pathological parameters and prognosis of ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma patients was analyzed.Results:ZSWIM4 was mainly expressed in the nucleus,with a small amount in the cytoplasmic expression.The positive and high-positive rates of ZSWIM4 in the ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma group(87.8% and 63.5%)were significantly higher than those in the borderline tumor group(52.9% and 23.5%),the benign tumor group(23.8% and 4.8%),and the normal ovarian tissues(11.8% and 5.9%)(P<0.01).In this study,we found that ZSWIM4 showed no significant correlation with patients'age,FIGO stage,tumor differentiation,or lymph node metastasis(P>0.05).The high expression of ZSWIM4 significantly shortened patients'overall survival time(P<0.01),and the expression of ZSWIM4 was identified as an independent risk factor for patients'prognosis(P<0.01).Conclusion:ZSWIM4 is over expressed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma tissues.As a prognostic factor for ovarian cancer,ZSWIM4 is expected to serve as a new biomarker for prognostic risk assessment,as well as a potential target for clinical treatment.
