摘 要:胃癌是我国常见的消化道肿瘤,以手术、放化疗及免疫治疗为主要治疗手段。胃癌患者普遍存在营养不良,营养不良使胃癌患者的健康状况进一步恶化并延误胃癌的治疗,影响胃癌患者的生活质量和生存预后。胃癌全程治疗中,监测患者的营养状况,积极进行营养干预,对于改善胃癌患者的一般状况,缩短康复时间,延长生存意义重大。该文对营养干预在胃癌全程治疗中的作用进行综述,提高临床医生对胃癌患者营养不良问题的重视,为规范胃癌患者的营养治疗提供参考依据。Gastric cancer is a common digestive tract tumor in China.Surgery,chemoradiotherapy and immunotherapy are the main treatment methods.Before and after the treatment of gastric cancer,patients usually suffer malnutrition.Malnutrition worsens the health status of gastric cancer patients and delays the implementation of treatment,further affecting the life quality and survival prognosis of gastric cancer patients.Monitoring the nutritional status and actively engaging in nutritional intervention during the entire treatment could improve the general condition,shorten recovery time and improve survival prognosis of gastric cancer patients.This article elaborates on the role of nutritional intervention in the entire treatment of gastric cancer,in order to evoke the attention of clinical doctors to the importance of malnutrition and provide reference basis for standardizing the nutritional treatment of gastric cancer patients.
