摘 要:目的:研究储存时间和储存条件对3D打印光敏树脂牙列模型穿龈轮廓尺寸稳定性的影响。方法:选取前牙美学区单颗种植术后戴用临时修复体拟进行正式修复的患者,使用数字化间接印模方法获取患者口内组织信息并储存为标准曲面细分语言(STL)文件。通过光固化3D打印机制造24个打印模型。模型在打印后使用桌面扫描仪获取STL文件(命名为N-1d)。储存条件分为开口容器和封闭盒子。储存时间分为T0、T3、T5、T7、T14、T28、T60、T90。将相应储存条件和时间的模型使用桌面扫描仪获取STL文件(命名为N-Lit-nd和N-Box-nd)。在表面匹配软件程序中将N-Lit-nd和N-Box-nd与N-1d拟合,尺寸精度通过均方根误差(RMS)进行测量和比较。结果:对于相同储存时间点,开口容器组穿龈轮廓的RMS值均大于封闭盒子组。RMS值差异在T14有统计学意义(P <0.05)。对于相同储存条件,穿龈轮廓形态的尺寸变化随储存时间延长而增加,与T3,T5,T7相比,T14、T28、T60、T90的RMS值差异有显著统计学差异(P <0.01)。其余时间点T3与T5,T14与T28,T28与T60,T28与T90的RMS值差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:光固化3D打印牙列模型的穿龈轮廓形态在严格避光条件下密封储存时较自然光照条件更为稳定。为了减少前牙种植修复体制作中的误差,建议从模型打印完成到使用不应超过14 d。AIM:To investigate the effect of storage conditions and time on the dimensional stability of the emergence profile of light-curing 3D-printed dental models.METHODS:A patient who had received a single dental implant and temporary prosthesis in the anterior aesthetic region undergoing final restoration was selected.Digital indirect impression methods were used to obtain information of intraoral tissues,which was then saved as Standard Tessellation Language(STL)files.Twenty-four models were printed using a light-curing 3D-printer.After printing,the models were scanned with a desktop scanner to obtain STL files(designated as N-1d).Storage conditions included open-face plastic containers and closed boxes.Storage times were divided into TO,T3,T5,T7,T14,T28,T60 and T90.Models stored under the respective conditions and times were scanned to obtain STL files(designated as N-Lit-nd and N-Box-nd).The N-Litnd and N-Box-nd were aligned with N-1d using surface matching software,and dimensional accuracy was measured and compared using root-mean-square(RMS)method.RESULTS:For the same storage time,the RMS of the emergence profile in the open container were higher than those in the closed box.The difference in RMS between the two groups was statistically significant on the T14(P<0.05).Under the same storage conditions,dimensional changes in the emergence profile increased with extended storage periods.Compared to T3,T5 and T7,the RMS for T14,T28,T60 and T90 exhibited statistically significant differences(P<0.01).Additionally,the RMS values between T3 and T5,T14 and T28,T28 and T60,and T28 and T90 also had statistical significance(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:The dimensional stability of the emergence profile of light-curing 3D-printed dental models are more stable when stored in sealed conditions under strict lightavoidance compared to natural light conditions.To minimize fabrication errors in aesthetic area implant restorations,it is recommended that the models be used within 14 days after printing.
