牙外伤患儿父母二元应对现状及影响因素的研究

摘　　要：目的:分析牙外伤患儿父母二元应对现状并探讨其影响因素,为患儿父母更好应对牙外伤提供策略。方法:选取2023年10月至2024年01月空军军医大学口腔医院收治的牙外伤患儿父母为研究对象,综合运用一般资料调查法、二元应对量表、家庭功能评定量表、照顾者负担量表进行调查,并对数据进行统计学分析。结果:牙外伤患儿父母二元应对总分为(113.12±11.06)分,条目均分为(3.23±0.31);多元线性回归分析显示,患儿年龄(β=0.252)、主要照顾者(β=0.199)、父亲文化程度(β=0.351)、母亲文化程度(β=0.283)、家庭功能(β=0.335)、照顾者负担(β=0.217)是牙外伤患儿父母二元应对的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:牙外伤患儿父母二元应对处于中等偏下水平。因此,医护人员可通过提供心理支持与教育、增强应对技能、建立社会支持网络及定期评估,提高患儿父母对牙外伤等突发事件的二元应对水平。AIM:To analyze the current situation of parental dual coping of children with dental trauma and explore its influencing factors,so as to provide strategies for parents to better cope with dental trauma.METHODS:Parents of children with dental trauma treated at the Air Force Medical University Dental Hospital from October 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the research subjects,the general information survey method,bipolar coping scale,family function evaluation scale,and caregiver burden scale were used for inveatigation,and the data were statistically analyzed.RESULTS:The total score of parents binary coping of children with dental trauma was(113.12±11.06),and the mean score of each item was(3.23±0.31).Multiple linear regression analysis shows that the age of the child(β=0.252),the primary caregivers(β=0.199),the father's education level(β=0.351),mother's education level(β=0.283),family function(β=0.335),and the burden of care(β=0.217)were the main influencing factors of parents'binary coping of children with dental trauma(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:The parents of children with dental trauma have a lower-middle level of bimodal coping.Therefore,healthcare professionals can improve the level of binary coping of parents of children with traumatic dental injuries and other emergencies by providing psychological support and education,enhancing coping skills,establishing a social support network and regular assessments.
