摘  要:泛凋亡(PANoptosis)是近年来研究的热点之一,是一种炎症性程序细胞死亡,受到泛凋亡小体(PANoptosome)复合物的调控且具有细胞焦亡、凋亡和坏死性凋亡的关键特征。本质上,泛凋亡是一种高度协调和动态平衡的程序性炎性细胞死亡通路。泛凋亡的发生可能与感染、损伤或自身缺陷等多种因素有关,其中PANoptosome复合物的组装和激活是最关键的因素。本文总结了泛凋亡与三种类型细胞程序性死亡的区别和联系,阐述泛凋亡的分子机制和调控模式,以及泛凋亡调控在口腔疾病中的潜在作用,旨在为口腔感染疾病的预防和治疗提供更广泛的思路。PANoptosis has emerged as a significant focus in recent scientific research,characterized as an inflammatory form of programmed cell death(PCD)that is regulated by the PANoptosome complex and encompasses key features of cellular pyroptosis,apoptosis,and necroptosis.Essentially,this inflammatory cell death pathway is highly coordinated and maintains a dynamic balance,playing a critical role in the body's response to infections,damages,and intrinsic defects.The assembly and activation of the PANoptosome are identified as the most critical steps in the process.This paper reviews the dfferences and interrelations between panoptosis and the three canonical forms of PCD,elucidates the underlying molecular mechanisms and regulatory patterns of panoptosis,and discusses the potential implications of panoptosis regulation in the context of oral diseases.The aim is to offer new insights and broaden the approaches to the prevention and treatment of oral infectious diseases.
