摘　　要：思想政治理论课是落实立德树人根本任务的重要课程。“大思政课”具有视野开阔性、内容针对性、方法开放性与时空延展性等特征。地方高校“大思政课”的建设要立足于当今时代百年未有之大变局、党的百年辉煌成就以及信息技术迅猛发展的全新机遇,汇聚各学科的协同育人力量,不断提升大思政建设在育人方面的质量。文章从高校“大思政”课程建设的基本内涵出发,深度剖析“大思政”视域下主题式项目实践教学思维三个问题,并提出科学有效的实践教学方法,为盘活地方高校大思政课建设的创新动能和实践力度提供参考意见。The Ideological and political theory course is an important course for implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents.The“Great Ideological and Political Course”has the characteristics of broad vision,targeted contents,open methods,and temporal and spatial extension.The construction of“Great Ideological and Political Course”in local colleges and universities should be based on the unprecedented changes in a century,the glorious achievements of the Party over the past century,and the new opportunities presented by the rapid development of information technology.It should gather the collaborative forces of various disciplines to continuously improve the quality of great ideological and political construction in educating talents.Starting from the basic connotation of the course construction of“Great Ideological and Political Education”in colleges and universities,this article deeply analyzes three issues of theme based project practical teaching thinking from the perspective of“Great Ideological and Political Education”,and proposes scientific and effective practical teaching methods,which provides reference for revitalizing the innovative power and practical strength of the construction of great ideological and political courses in local colleges and universities.
