摘  要:随着新媒体时代的来临,大学生思想行为和心理特点呈现新变化,传统的心理健康教育模式难以适应学生成长需求,作为高校学生工作的中坚力量,辅导员亟需创新工作理念和方法,将心理育人工作与新媒体技术深度融合。文章聚焦辅导员心理育人工作的课程化改革,基于大学生成长规律,构建了分年级、有侧重、递进式的心理辅导课程体系,探索形成线上线下混合式教学新模式,依托新媒体技术手段,着力构建“课程互动—测评反馈—持续改进”的常态化育人闭环。With the advent of the new media era,there have been new changes in the thoughts,behaviors,and psychological characteristics of college students.It is difficult for traditional mode of mental health education to meet the needs of students’growth.As the backbone of college students’work,counselors urgently need to innovate their work concepts and methods,and deeply integrate psychological education with new media technology.Focusing on the curriculum reform of counselors’psychological education,based on the growth law of college students,this paper constructs a graded,focused and progressive psychological counseling curriculum system,exploring the formation of a new online offline blended teaching model.With the help of new media technology,efforts are made to build a normalized education loop of“curriculum interaction evaluation feedback continuous improvement”.
