摘 要:为了解决双有源桥变换器在输入输出电压不匹配情况下电感电流峰峰值过大的问题,结合对称占空比调制和非对称占空比调制提出一种四自由度调制策略。通过分析四自由度调制策略的工作模式,建立电感电流峰峰值和传输功率模型,以电感电流峰峰值作为优化目标,用KKT条件求解不同传输功率下的最优自由度解。搭建实验样机验证了所提策略的有效性,实验结果表明:所提出的调制策略能有效降低变换器的电感电流峰峰值,提升了双有源桥变换器的效率。In order to solve the problem of large peak-to-peak inductor currents in dual active bridge converters with mismatched input and output voltages,a four-degree-of-freedom modulation(FDFM)strategy was proposed by combining symmetric duty cycle modulation and asymmetric duty cycle modulation.By analyzing the operating modes of the four-degree-of-freedom modulation strategy,the peak-to-peak inductor current and transmission power models were established,and the optimal solution with different transmission powers was solved by using the Karush-Kuhn-Tucker(KKT)condition with the peak-to-peak inductor current as the optimization objective.And the experimental prototype was built to verify the effectiveness of the proposed strategy.The experimental results show that the proposed modulation strategy can effectively reduce the peak-to-peak inductor current of the converter and improve the efficiency of the dual active bridge converter.
