摘 要:目的观察在非小细胞肺癌的临床治疗中,放射性粒子植入同步化疗的应用效果。方法选取2022年6月至2024年3月阜外华中心血管病医院收治的非小细胞肺癌患者92例,按照随机信封法分组,对照组(41例)采用化疗治疗,研究组(51例)联用放射性粒子植入治疗,比较2组应用效果。结果研究组客观缓解率(ORR)和生活质量(FACT-L)、卡氏评分(KPS)高于对照组;且细胞角蛋白21-1片段(CYFRA21-1)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、糖类抗原125(CA125)和癌胚抗原(CEA)水平低于对照组;中位无进展生存期长于对照组(P<0.05),2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在非小细胞肺癌的临床治疗中,放射性粒子植入同步化疗治疗能够有效缓解肿瘤标志物高水平表达,改善患者生存质量,保证治疗安全性和有效性。Objective To observe the application effect of synchronous chemotherapy with radioactive particle implantation in the clinical treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods Ninty-two patients with non-small cell lung cancer admitted to Fuwai Hua Zhong Vascular Disease Hospital from June 2022 to March 2024 were randomly divided into two groups using the envelope method.The control group(41 cases)received chemotherapy treatment,while the study group(51 cases)received chemotherapy treatment combined with radioactive particle implantation.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The objective response rate and quality of life(FACT-L)of the study group were higher than those of the control group in terms of Karnofsky(KPS)score,and the levels of cytokeratin 21-1 fragment(CYFRA21-1),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)were lower than those of the control group.The median progression free survival was longer than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of non-small cell lung cancer,concurrent chemotherapy with radioactive particle implantation can effectively alleviate high-level expression of tumor markers,improve patients′quality of life,and ensure treatment safety and effectiveness.
