摘　　要：“全国重要人才中心”,是全国高水平人才的首选地、向往地、涌流地、聚集地,是全国各地人才工作努力的方向。河南打造全国重要人才中心具有一定的基础与优势,但部分地区人才工作改革创新主动性不强、引才工作冷热不均、用才体制机制亟须改革、高端平台相对较少、产业聚集效应亟待提升、人才发展生态亟待优化等问题依然存在。河南应从抓实抓细抓好人才工作、强化结果导向推进引才工作、强化创新导向推进用才工作、建设高能级人才平台、优化人才发展生态等方面着力推进。“National important talent center”is the place which high-level talents in the country dream of,flow into,and gather in as the first choice,and the direction which the talents all over the country work hard for.Henan province has a certain foundation and advantages in building a national important talent center,however,there still exist some problems in the process.For example,the initiative for reform and innovation in the talent work is not strong,the talent introduction is hot or cold unevenly,the system and mechanism for talent needs urgent reform,the high-end platform is relatively few,the industrial agglomeration effect needs to be improved,and the talent development ecology needs to be optimized urgently.Henan province should make efforts in the following aspects:focusing on the talent work in every detail,strengthening the result-oriented talent recruitment,strengthening the innovation-oriented talent use,building a high-level talent platform,and optimizing the ecology of talent development.
