摘　　要：核心企业是农业供应链金融业务开展的关键,风险收益权衡是核心企业决策的出发点。以2012—2021年A股农业上市公司为样本,运用双向固定效应模型对供应链金融与农业供应链核心企业经营绩效的关系以及供应链结构对企业经营绩效影响进行实证分析。结果表明:供应链金融促进企业经营绩效的提升;供应链集中度会正向影响企业经营绩效;供应链结构对企业经营绩效的正向影响在管理层持股比例高和非国有企业中有更好表现。核心企业的风险管理能力是农业供应链金融发展的前提。The core enterprise is the key to the development of agricultural supply chain finance business,and the balance of risk and return is the starting point for the decision-making of the core enterprise.Using the 2012—2021 A-share agricultural listed companies as samples,this study empirically analyzes the relationship between supply chain finance and the operational performance of core agricultural supply chain enterprises,as well as the impact of supply chain structure on enterprise performance,using a two-way fixed effects model and a moderating effects model.The results indicate that supply chain finance is positively correlated with business performance,and the concentration of the supply chain will has a positive impact on the operational performance of enterprises.The positive impact of supply chain structure on business performance is better in non-state-owned enterprises with higher management shareholding ratios.The risk management capability of core enterprises is the foundation of the development of agricultural supply chain finance.
