摘　　要：劳动幸福是中华优秀传统文化的重要特质,是新时代书写历史伟业、推动时代进步和促进个人成长发展的重要内生动力。在历史观维度上,热爱劳动、尊重劳动构成了中华民族历史观中“尊劳重劳”的传统文化底色,体现了“越劳动越幸福”的时代特色,彰显了中华民族以劳动开创伟大历史复兴进程的未来亮色。在时代观维度上,劳动幸福生成“劳动是一切幸福的源泉”的时代意识,凝聚“美好生活由劳动创造”的时代精神力量,树立“以劳动托起中国梦”的大时代观。在人生观维度上,劳动幸福从奋斗创造个人幸福、实现社会幸福、为全人类谋幸福出发,回答了青年如何确立自我正确的人生成长观、人生责任观和人生使命观,开辟了马克思主义青年观的新境界。Labor happiness is an important connotation of the profound traditional Chinese culture,and in the new era,it is an important internal driving force for writing historical achievements,driving the progress of The times and promoting the personal growth and development.In the perspective of historical view,loving and respecting labor constitute the traditional cultural background of“respecting labor”in the Chinese nation’s historical view,reflecting the contemporary characteristics of“more work leads to more happiness”,and highlighting the future perspect the Chinese nation to create a great historical rejuvenation process though labor.In the perspective of the times,labor happiness generates the consciousness of the times that“labor is the source of all happiness”,con centrates the spirit of the times that“a better life is created by labor”,and cultivates the concept of the times that“labor holds up the Chinese dream”.In the perspective of lifeview,labor happiness starts from the struggle to create personal happiness,realize social well-being,and pursue happiness for all mankind.It answers how the young or generation establish their views on self-growth,life responsibility and life mission,and opens up a new prospects of Marxist youth view.
