摘  要:目的探讨评价温敏性水凝胶用于急诊经导管动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)治疗肝癌破裂出血的短期效果及安全性。方法选取使用温敏性水凝胶行急诊TACE的21例肝癌破裂出血患者的临床资料,根据临床症状、实验室检查及影像学检查评估止血效果,使用NCI-CTC 3.0版标准观察和评估术后不良反应和不良事件。结果全部患者均顺利完成急诊TACE治疗,短期止血成功率100%。术后不良反应主要有疼痛,发热,胃肠道反应等,反应程度较轻。甲胎蛋白(AFP)检测与治疗前相比平均水平明显下降。结论温敏性水凝胶急诊TACE治疗肝癌破裂出血是安全可行的,短期效果显著。Objective To evaluate the short-term efficacy and safety of thermosensitive hydrogel used in emergency transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)for hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)rupture bleeding.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 21 patients with HCC rupture bleeding who underwent emergency TACE with thermosensitive hydrogel.Hemostasis was evaluated based on clinical symptoms,laboratory tests,and imaging examinations.Postoperative adverse reactions and events were observed and assessed using the NCI-CTC 3.0 standards.Results All patients were successfully completed the emergency TACE,with a short-term hemostasis success rate of 100%.Postoperative adverse reactions mainly included pain,fever,and gastrointestinal reactions,which were relatively mild.The average AFP levels significantly decreased compared to pre-treatment levels.Conclusion Emergency TACE with thermosensitive hydrogel for HCC rupture bleeding is safe and feasible,with significant short-term efficacy.
