摘 要:针对人工铆焊定位精度不准,铆焊质量不高,人员危害等问题。提出了一种三轴焊接检测自动控制系统。焊接检测采用直流铆焊的形式,对直流铆焊专机的结构组成和工作过程进行设计,同时对直流铆焊的自动铆焊的原理进行研究,提出了采用基于PID的速度模式下压力闭环控制原理,采用焊接高度跟踪策略,给出了相应的控制模型。对三轴直流铆焊专机的硬件组成进行介绍,对软件设计主程序的控制工艺流程,焊接程序的控制工艺流程,HMI人机界面操作进行说明。最后将三轴直流铆焊专机自动控制系统应用在现场中,并与人工操作进行比较,结果表明采用三轴直流铆焊专机自动控制系统焊接效果优于人工操作的焊接。In view of the inaccurate positioning accuracy of manual riveting and welding,the quality of riveting and welding is not high,personnel hazards and other problems.In this paper,an automatic control system for a three-axis DC riveting machine is proposed.The structure and working process of the DC riveting machine are designed.At the same time,the principle of automatic riveting of DC riveting is studied.The pressure closed-loop control principle in the mode,the welding height tracking strategy is adopted,and the corresponding control model is given.The hardware composition of the three-axis DC riveting welding machine is introduced,and the control process of the software design main program,the control process of the welding program,and the HMI man-machine interface operation are explained.Finally,the automatic control system of the three-axis DC riveting machine is applied in the field,and compared with the manual operation.The results show that the welding effect of the three-axis DC riveting machine automatic control system is better than that of the manual operation.
