摘 要:针对当前电能表质量品级评定误差大的问题,提出基于多源数据融合的电能表质量品级评定方法。构建电能表质量品级可靠度模型,采用威布尔分布推出可靠度评价结果。采用多源数据融合方法求解模型,并从Oracle关系型数据库中提取评价指标,构建判断矩阵,评估电能表计量异常类型,避免故障离散数据评定结果。通过统计评定数据集中所有数据点对于多源融合的核心距离,使用加权连接方法连接数据,设计多源数据融合流程,由此评定电能表质量品级。实验结果表明,该评定方法与实际值存在最大为0.005 Ib的误差,说明使用该方法评定误差较小。Aiming at the problem of large error in the current quality grade evaluation of electric energy meters,this paper proposes a quality grade evaluation method of electric energy meters based on multi-source data fusion.It builds the reliability model of quality grade of electric energy meter,and uses Weibull distribution to deduce the reliability evaluation results.The multi-source data fusion method is used to solve the model,and the evaluation indexes are extracted from the Oracle relational database,and the judgment matrix is constructed to evaluate the abnormal type of electric energy meter measurement,so as to avoid the evaluation results of fault discrete data.Through the statistical evaluation of the core distance of all data points in the data set for multi-source fusion,the weighted connection method is used to connect the data,and the multi-source data fusion process is designed to evaluate the quality grade of electric energy meters.The experimental results show that there is a maximum error of 0.005 Ib between the evaluation method and the actual value,indicating that the evaluation error of this method is small.
