中医身体观解读:基于经穴名称概念隐喻的视角

摘　　要：中医认识身体是基于体悟的具身思维。中医理论在构建的过程中运用了隐转喻思维,古人在命名经穴时常以天文、地理、人事为始源域,选择其局部特征来指称。以身体观为视角,以经穴命名中的隐喻与转喻为切入点,深入观察中医身体观在经穴命名中的表达及其内涵,发现天象、地貌、容器、管道、建筑等隐喻是古代医家在构建经络腧穴理论时最基本的隐喻,反映出中医经穴名称是中医身体观的产物。中医身体是一个超越生理的体系,通过与自然和社会互喻,成为与天地相应、形神一体、以心为核心、以气为动力、身体内外通过经络与脏腑相互联动的动态系统。Chinese Medicine's understanding of the body is based on embodied cognition through experiential insight.In the construction of Chinese Medicine theory,metaphorical and metonymic thinking is often employed.When naming meridian points,ancient practitioners often drew inspiration from astronomy,geography,and human affairs,selecting specific local characteristics to denote them.From the perspective of body view and the starting point of metaphor and metonymy in the naming of meridian points,this paper deeply observes the expression and connotation of Chinese medicine body view in the naming of meridian points.It is found that the metaphors related to celestial phenomena,landforms,containers,pipelines,and architecture are the most ones in the construction of theories of meridian,collateral and acupuncture points by ancient physicions,reflecting that the names of meridian points in Chinese medicine are the products of Chinese medicine body view.The body in Chinese Medicine is a system that transcends mere physiology.Through mutual metaphors with nature and society,it becomes a dynamic system that corresponds with the universe,integrates physique and spirit,centers on the heart,and uses qi as its driving force,with the body's internal and external aspects interacting through the meridians and collateral and the viscera and bowels.
