摘　　要：目的基于隐结构模型并结合关联规则分析法来研究重症肌无力(MG)的方药规律,为临床诊疗提供借鉴。方法检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网、中国生物医学文献服务系统,筛选各数据库自建库至2024年2月MG的中医药治疗相关文献,整合信息并建立数据库。分别采用Lantern 5.0、Rstudio等软件,对频率>3.00%的中药进行隐结构模型分析和关联规则分析,并结合频数分析,总结MG的用药规律。结果共纳入文献160篇,筛选得到方剂180首,中药154味,总频次1860。频率>3.00%的中药有黄芪、白术、当归、升麻、柴胡等,中药类别多属补虚药、解表药和理气药。隐结构分析共获得10个隐变量、20个隐类,结合专业知识进行综合聚类分析推断MG的证型包括脾胃虚弱证、脾虚湿困证、血瘀证等7种,核心方剂包括补中益气汤、强肌健力饮、血府逐瘀汤等12首。关联规则分析获得27条强关联规则,支持度最高的是白术-黄芪,置信度最高的是升麻-黄芪。结论MG的病机复杂,多为本虚标实之证,与脾、肺、肝、肾关系密切,治法以补中益气为主,随证结合清利湿热、化瘀降浊等治法。Objective To study the prescription rule of myasthenia gravis(MG)based on implicit structure model and association rule analysis,and to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods The literatures related to the treatment of MG by traditional Chinese medicine in CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP,and SinoMed from inception to February,2024 were searched respectively,and the qualified literature information was extracted and the database was established.The latent structure model and association rules of traditional Chinese medicine with frequency>3.00%were analyzed by using Lantern 5.0 and Rstudio software respectively,and combined with frequency analysis,the drug use rules of MG were summarized.Results A total of 160 literatures were included,180 prescriptions,and 154 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were screened out,and the total frequency of traditional Chinese medicine was 1860 times.The traditional Chinese medicine with a frequency>3.00%included Astragali Radix,Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma,Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Cimicifugae Rhizoma,Bupleuri Radix,etc.The categories of Chinese medicine mostly belong to tonifying deficiency drugs,relieving superficies drugs,and regulating qi drugs.A total of 10 latent variables,20 latent categories were obtained by latent structure analysis,which were classified into seven categories by combining with professional knowledge,including spleen and stomach weakness syndrome,spleen deficiency dampness stagnation syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,etc.There were 12 core prescriptions,including Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,Qiangji Jianli Yin,Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,etc.A total of 27 strong association rules were obtained by association rule analysis,the highest support degree was Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma-Astragali Radix,the highest confidence degree was Cimicifugae Rhizoma-Cimicifugae Rhizoma.Conclusion The pathogenesis of MG is complex,and most of which are deficiency of the root and excess of the superficial.The affected organs are closely related to the spleen,lun
