肠癌肠造口患者配偶照顾者相依关系现状及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨肠癌肠造口患者配偶照顾者的相依关系现状,并分析其影响因素。方法 采用便利抽样法,选取2023年8月至10月于江苏省中医院肿瘤内、外科收治的180例肠癌肠造口患者配偶照顾者为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、感知压力量表(PSS)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)、疾病获益感量表(BFS)及相依关系量表(MS)进行调查。采用Pearson相关分析各量表评分间的相关性,采用分层回归分析肠癌肠造口患者配偶照顾者相依关系的影响因素。结果 共发放调查问卷180份,回收有效问卷166份。肠癌肠造口患者配偶照顾者MS均分为(2.61±0.56)分。单因素分析结果显示,不同年龄、文化程度、造口类型肠癌肠造口患者配偶照顾者MS评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肠癌肠造口患者配偶照顾者MS评分与SCSQ、BFS评分呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05),与PSS评分呈负相关(r<0,P<0.05)。分层回归分析显示,年龄、BFS评分均可解释变量的56.7%。结论 肠癌肠造口患者配偶照顾者相依关系处于中等偏高水平,与年龄和BFS评分密切相关,建议医护人员应重视维持两者间的相依关系,增进配偶照顾者的身心健康,促进家庭和谐安定。Objective To investigate the current status of mutuality of spousal caregiver in colorectal cancer patients with enterostomy,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods Convenience sampling method was used to select 180 spouse caregivers of colorectal cancer patients with enterostomy admitted to Department of Oncology and Surgery at Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine from August to October 2023 as the research subjects.The survey was conducted by using general information questionnaire,perceived stress scale(PSS),simplified coping style questionnaire(SCSQ),benefit finding scale(BFS),and mutuality scale(MS).Pearson correlation analysis was used to examine the correlation between scores on various scales.Hierarchical regression analysis was used to investigate the influencing factors of pousal caregiver in colorectal cancer patients with enterostomy.Results A total of 180 survey questionnaires were distributed,and 166 valid questionnaires were collected.The average score of MS of pousal caregiver in colorectal cancer patients with enterostomy was(2.61±0.56)points.Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in MS scores among pousal caregiver in colorectal cancer patients with enterostomy of different ages,educational levels and stoma types(P<0.05).MS score of pousal caregiver in colorectal cancer patients with enterostomy was positively correlated with SCSQ and BFS scores(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with PSS score(P<0.05).Hierarchical regression analysis showed that age and BFS score could explain 56.7%of the variables.Conclusion Mutuality of spousal caregiver in colorectal cancer patients with enterostomy is at a moderately high level,closely related to age and BFS score.It is suggested that medical staff should pay attention to maintaining interdependent relationship between the two,enhancing physical and mental health of spouses and caregivers,and promoting family harmony and stability.
