摘 要:目的探索门诊-病房全过程教学模式在血液内科实习中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1—6月在河南省人民医院血液科实习的100名实习生作为研究对象,按教学方法不同分为研究组和对照组,各50名。研究组采用门诊-病房全过程教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式,比较两组实习生的客观成绩和满意度。结果研究组实习生在血液病学理论考试、临床综合能力及沟通技能评价均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组实习生的出科满意度为94.00%(47/50),高于对照组的78.00%(39/50),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.316,P<0.05)。结论门诊-病房全过程教学法在血液内科有较好的实习教学效果,可为血液内科实习教学模式的创新提供参考。Objective To explore the application effect of outpatient-ward whole process teaching mode in the prac-tice of hematology.Methods A total of 100 interns who practiced in the Department of Hematology,Henan Provincial People's Hospital from January to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different teaching methods,they were divided into study group and control group,with 50 interns in each group.The study group ad-opted the outpatient-ward whole process teaching mode,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode.The objective scores and satisfaction of the two groups of interns were compared.Results The interns in the study group were higher than those in the control group in the theoretical examination of hematology,clinical compre-hensive ability and communication skills,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfac-tion rate of interns in the study group was 94.00%(47/50),which was higher than 78.00%(39/50)in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.316,P<0.05).Conclusion The outpatient-ward whole process teaching method has a good practice teaching effect in the Department of Hematology,which can provide a reference for the innovation of the practice teaching mode in the Department of Hematology.
