风险管理在心胸外科护理管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析心胸外科护理管理中,运用风险管理的有效性。方法选取烟台市烟台山医院心胸外科2023年1—12月13名在职护士为研究对象,2023年1—6月施行传统管理模式(对照组),2023年7—12月施行风险管理(观察组)。比较两组护士的护理风险事件发生率、护理质量评分、管理满意度。结果观察组未发生不良事件;对照组共发生4起不良事件,其中,2起护理投诉、2起护理差错。观察组护理质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组的总满意率为100.00%(13/13),高于对照组的69.23%(9/13)。结论心胸外科护理管理中,运用风险管理能够降低护理风险事件发生率,提高护理质量评分,改善护士满意度。Objective To analyze the effectiveness of risk management in nursing management of cardiothoracic sur-gery.Methods A total of thirteen on-the-job nurses in the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery of Yantai Yantai Mountain Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.The traditional management mode was implemented from January to June 2023(control group),and the risk management was implemented from July to December 2023(observation group).The incidence of nursing risk events,nursing quality score and manage-ment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,no adverse events oc-curred.In the control group,there were four adverse events,including two nursing complaints and two nursing errors.The nursing quality score of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 100.00%(13/13),which was higher than 69.23%(9/13)of the control group.Conclusion In the nursing management of cardiothoracic surgery,the use of risk management can reduce the incidence of nursing risk events,improve the quality of nursing scores,and improve nurses'satisfaction.
