摘  要:随着新媒体技术与教育教学的融合不断加深,继续教育工作也逐渐发生转变。为进一步提升医学人才培养质量,新媒体技术的应用被日益重视,以此改善传统继续教育存在的不足。鉴于此,本文首先深入剖析了新媒体时代下解构医学继续教育面临的困境,而后对新媒体在医学继续教学中有效应用方式进行探究,以期为相关人员提供实践指导和参考。With the deepening of the integration of new media technology and education and teaching,the work of continuing education has gradually changed.In order to further improve the quality of medical personnel training,the application of new media technology has been paid more and more attention to improve the shortcomings of traditional continuing education.In view of this,this paper first analyzes the dilemma faced by deconstructing medical continuing education in the new media era,and then explores the effective application of new media in medical continuing teach-ing,in order to provide practical guidance and reference for relevant personnel.
