摘 要:目的探讨影像医学教学系统(teaching-picture archiving and communication system,T-PACS)结合案例式教学法运用于医学影像诊断学实训课教学中的优势。方法选取2022年3—6月河西学院医学院2019级医学影像技术专业的59名本科生为对照组,2023年3—6月本校医学院2020级医学影像技术专业的60名本科生为观察组,前者采用T-PACS系统PPT教学法,后者采用T-PACS结合案例式教学法。比较两组教学总满意度、理论及阅片技能成绩。结果观察组教学满意度为95.00%(57/60),高于对照组的81.36%(48/59),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.335,P<0.05)。观察组学生理论成绩、阅片技能成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论T-PACS系统案例教学法应用于医学影像诊断实训教学中能有效提高学生学习成绩。Objective To explore the advantages of teaching-picture archiving and communication system(T-PACS)combined with case-based teaching method in the teaching of diagnostic medical imaging practical training course.Methods Fifty-nine undergraduate students of medical imaging technology majoring in the class of 2019 in the medi-cal school of Hexi College from March to June 2022 were selected as the control group,and sixty undergraduate stu-dents of medical imaging technology majoring in the class of 2020 in the medical school of the University from March to June 2023 were selected as the observation group,and the former group was taught by the PPT teaching method of the T-PACS system,and the latter group was taught by the T-PACS system combined with case teaching method.Teaching satisfaction,theory and film reading skills scores were compared between the two groups.Results The teach-ing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00%(57/60),higher than 81.36%(48/59)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.335,P<0.05).The theoretical score and film reading skills score of stu-dents in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(both P<0.05).Conclusion T-PACS system case teaching method applied to medical imaging diagnosis practical training teaching can effectively improve students'learning performance.
