摘　　要：蟹是具有较高营养价值和经济价值的水产品。蟹类的性腺发育程度决定了繁殖性能,且发育成熟的蟹类性腺具有极高的食用价值。尽管蟹类的产量在人工养殖条件下可以得到保障,但长期以来存在性腺发育不良的问题。文章以中华绒螯蟹为主,介绍了影响蟹类性腺发育的几部分因素,包括环境、营养和内分泌等层面,旨在为蟹类养殖和繁育提供指导和帮助。Crabs are aquatic products with high nutritional and economic value.The degree of gonadal development in crabs determines their reproductive performance,and mature crab gonads have extremely high edible value.Although the yield of crabs can be guaranteed under artificial breeding conditions,there has long been a problem of poor gonadal development.This paper introduces several factors affecting the development of crab gonads,mainly Eriocheir sinensis,including several levels such as environment,nutrition and endocrine,aims to provide guidance and assistance for crab farming and breeding.
