摘 要:棉粕是一种非常规植物蛋白原料,虽然粗蛋白质含量较高,氨基酸种类丰富,但存在的棉酚、环丙烯脂肪酸、单宁、植酸等抗营养因子,极大程度限制了棉粕的营养价值。因此,文章结合前人研究成果,对棉粕的成分检测进行分析,并分别从反刍动物、鸡、猪养殖几个方面阐述了棉粕在动物养殖中的应用进展,以期为棉粕的推广应用提供参考。Cotton meal is an unconventional plant protein raw material.Although it has a high content of crude protein and a rich variety of amino acids,the presence of anti nutritional factors such as gossypol,cyclopropene fatty acids,tannins,and phytic acid greatly limits the nutritional value of cotton meal.In this regard,this article combines previous research results to analyze the composition detection of cottonseed meal,and elaborates on the application progress of cottonseed meal in animal breeding from several aspects such as ruminant animal,chicken,and pig breeding,in order to provide reference and guidance for the promotion and application of cottonseed meal.
