花生粕对育肥猪生长性能、肉品质及经济效益的影响

摘　　要：文章旨在研究花生粕(Peanut Meal,PM)对育肥猪生长性能、肉品质及经济效益的影响。试验选取120头健康无病,初重为(87.15±2.63)kg杜×长×大育肥猪,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复10头。CON组采用基础日粮,其余3组分别用20%(20PM组)、40%(40PM组)、60%(60PM组)花生粕等氮替代基础日粮中的豆粕,试验为期30 d。结果 :(1)与CON组相比,20PM组平均日增重显著提高9.42%(P <0.05),料重比显著下降8.88%(P <0.05);40PM组平均日增重显著升高11.97%(P <0.05),料重比显著下降9.92%(P <0.05)。(2)与CON组相比,60PM组滴水损失、剪切力显著升高(P <0.05)。(3)CON组、20PM组、40PM组、60PM组毛利润分别为28.54、67.32、74.61、32.17元。结论 :花生粕对豆粕的中低替代水平(20%~40%),提高了育肥猪的生长性能。但花生粕对豆粕的高替代水平(60%),降低了育肥猪的肉品质。单从经济效益角度看,花生粕对豆粕的适宜替代水平为40%。This experiment aims to investigate the effects of Peanut Meal(PM)on the growth performance,meat quality,and economic benefits of fattening pigs.Method:120 healthy and disease-free pigs with an initial weight of(87.15±2.63)kg were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups,each with 3 replicates and 10 pigs per replicate.The CON group used a basic diet,while the other three groups used 20%(20 PM group),40%(40 PM group),60%(60 PM group)peanut meal and other nitrogen to replace soybean meal in the basic diet.The experiment lasted for 30 days.Result:(1)Compared with the CON group,the average daily weight gain of the 20 PM group significantly increased by 9.42%(P<0.05),and the feed to weight ratio significantly decreased by 8.88%(P<0.05);The average daily weight gain of the 40 PM group significantly increased by 11.97%(P<0.05),while the feed to weight ratio significantly decreased by 9.92%(P<0.05).(2)Compared with the CON group,the drip loss and shear force in the 60 PM group were significantly increased(P<0.05).(3)The gross profit of CON group,20 PM group,40 PM group,and 60 PM group were 28.54 yuan,67.32 yuan,74.61 yuan,and 32.17 yuan,respectively.Conclusion:Peanut meal has a medium to low substitution level(20%~40%)for soybean meal,which improves the growth performance of fattening pigs.But the high substitution level of peanut meal for soybean meal(60%)reduces the meat quality of fattening pigs.From the perspective of economic benefits alone,the suitable substitution level of peanut meal for soybean meal is 40%.
