摘  要:覆盆子是典型药食两用中药,化学成分多样、营养丰富,具有显著地药理活性和极高的营养保健价值,拥有悠久的药用和食用历史。通过查阅古代和现代文献,对覆盆子历代加工与炮制方法进行总结、整理、分析,并对其现代炮制研究进行梳理。覆盆子炮制方法最初记载于《雷公炮炙论》中,以酒拌蒸一宿,然后逐渐衍生出酒洗、酒浸焙、酒浸炒、蜜制、盐制、发酵等一系列加工方式,但由于覆盆子相应的炮制工艺标准及质量标准建立不完善,其质量可能参差不齐,进而影响临床疗效。目前,2020版《中华人民共和国药典》对覆盆子的炮制方法未做记载。现代研究表明,随着炮制方法、炮制工艺的改变,覆盆子的化学成分、药理作用也随之受到影响。因此,从覆盆子炮制方法及炮制后对覆盆子质量影响的角度进行综述,以期为覆盆子的炮制发展、临床应用提供参考。Fupenzi(Rubi Fructus)is a typical Chinese medicine for both medicine and food,with diverse chemical components and rich nutrition.It has significant pharmacological activity and high nutritional value,and has a long history of medicinal and edible use.By reviewing ancient and modern literature,this article summarized,organized and analyzed the processing of Fupenzi(Rubi Fructus)and its modern processing research.The processing methods of Fupenzi(Rubi Fructus)were initially recorded in Leigong Paozhi Lun.The processing method was mixed with wine and steamed overnight.Then a series of processing methods gradually emerged,including wine washing,wine soaking and roasting,wine soaking and frying,honey making,salt making,fermentation,etc.However,due to the incomplete establishment of processing technology and quality standards for Fupenzi(Rubi Fructus),their quality may vary,which may affect the clinical efficacy.At present,the 2020 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia does not record the processing method of Fupenzi(Rubi Fructus).Modern research has shown that with changes in processing methods and techniques,the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Fupenzi(Rubi Fructus)are also affected.Therefore,this article reviewed the processing methods and the impact of processing on the quality of Fupenzi(Rubi Fructus),in order to provide reference for the development and clinical application of Fupenzi(Rubi Fructus)processing.
