摘　　要：十三鬼穴最早记载于唐代孙思邈《备急千金要方》,用于治疗以“鬼病”之称的癫狂症,后世发展成为治疗各类情志病的经验效穴。针刺十三鬼穴体现孙思邈“必通十二经脉”“治道阴阳”“荡涤五脏六腑”“精神内守”的养病与针灸学术思想。目前,已证实针刺十三鬼穴可通过神经生物学机制有效治疗焦虑和抑郁障碍、失眠、脑卒中后功能障碍等疾病,但相关机制的系统总结鲜有报道。本文旨在探讨十三鬼穴理论渊源及其干预疾病的神经生物学作用机制,以期为十三鬼穴的现代应用提供思路。Thirteen ghost points are first recorded in Beiji Qianjin Yao Fang of Sun Simiao in Tang Dynasty,which is used to treat mania known as“ghost disease”.Later generation,it has become an empirical acupoint selection in the treatment of various emotional diseases.Acupuncture at thirteen ghost points reflects recuperation and acupuncture and moxibustion academic thought of Sun Simiao,which include“smoothing twelve meridians”,“yin and yang principle-based medicine”,“harmonizing internal organs”,and“preserving steady spirit”.At present,it has been confirmed that acupuncture at thirteen ghost points can effectively treat anxiety disorder,depression disorder,insomnia,post-stroke dysfunction,and other diseases through neurobiological mechanisms,but systematic summary of related mechanisms is rarely reported.This paper focuses on theoretical origin of thirteen ghost points as well as neurobiological mechanisms of its intervention in diseases,in order to provide ideas for modern application of thirteen ghost points.
