构建中医药院校实践育人共同体的意义、挑战和策略探析

摘　　要：中医药院校的实践育人工作是一项系统工程,迫切需要调动和整合各育人要素,共同致力于中医药人才培养,从而助推中医药事业发展。当前,中医药院校实践育人工作面临实效性弱、过程管理不严密及合力效应不佳等难题,应从推动实践育人深度和广度的双重拓展、优化实践育人的流程管控及熔铸实践育人的协作共育生态圈等方面破局,打造具有中医药品牌特色的实践育人共同体,为服务健康中国战略提供中医药高等人才支撑。The work of practical education in colleges and universities of Chinese medicine is a systematic project,which urgently needs to mobilize and integrate various elements of education,and work together to cultivate Chinese medicine talents,so as to promote the development of Chinese medicine.At present,the work of practical education in colleges and universities of Chinese medicine is faced with such problems as weak effectiveness,imprecise process management and poor joint effect,it should break the bottleneck in promoting dual expansion of the depth and breadth of practical education,optimizing the process control of practical education,and creating a collaborative ecosystem of practical education,in order to build community of practical education with characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine brands,and to provide support for the service of healthy China strategy with high-level talents in traditional Chinese medicine.
