摘　　要：目的探讨经筋病的研究前沿热点和进展趋势。方法检索1980年1月至2024年2月的中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网,以Cite Space 6.2.R4和VOSviewer 1.6.19软件对作者、机构及关键词进行可视化图谱分析。结果本次统计共纳入有效文献600篇,分析发现发文量呈上升趋势。发文来源最多的是《中国针灸》,主要集中在中医药和针灸相关期刊。研究作者有570位,形成了以董宝强、林星星、富昱为代表的核心研究团队。发文量最多的机构为辽宁中医药大学,各研究机构间合作并不紧密,跨地域合作较少。关键词有463个,最高频关键词为“经筋病”“筋痹”“针刺”等。关键词进行聚类分析,得到10个聚类。根据关键词突现可知,“经筋理论”是突现强度最高的关键词。结论目前,经筋病研究领域以临床研究与名医经验为主,干预方式以针刺、推拿、针刀为研究热点,膝骨关节炎、颈椎病、肌筋膜炎为热点疾病。该领域需拓展大规模多中心的临床试验,研究机构间应进一步加强合作,经筋刺法、针刀、恢刺、手法等很可能成为该领域的未来发展趋势。Objective To investigate the research hotspots and emerging trends in the field of meridian sinew disease.Methods Literature was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,and VIP from January 1980 to February 2024.CiteSpace 6.2.R4 and VOSviewer 1.6.19 software were utilized to conduct visual map analyses on author,institution,and keyword.Results A total of 600 valid scholarly articles were included,revealing a rising trend in publication volume.The journal with the highest number of publications was Chinese Acupuncture and Moxibustion,predominantly focusing on traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture-related journals.There were 570 authors in this research field,with a core research team led by Dong Baoqiang,Lin Xingxing,and Fu Yu.The institution with the highest publication volume was Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Collaboration among research institutions was limited,with few cross-regional partnerships.A total of 463 keywords were identified,with the most frequently occurring terms being“meridian sinew disease”,“tendon paralysis”,and“acupuncture”.The key words were analyzed and ten clusters were obtained.According to the emergence of key words,it could be seen that“the theory of meridian tendons”was the keyword with the highest intensity of emergence.Conclusion At present,clinical research and the experience of famous doctors are the main research areas in the field of meridian fasciitis.The intervention methods are acupuncture,massage,and acupotomy.Knee osteoarthritis,cervical spon-dylosis,and myofasciitis are the hot diseases.In this field,large-scale multi-center clinical trials need to be expanded,and cooperation between research institutions should be further strengthened.Meridian sinew acupuncture,needle-knife,restoration,and manipulation are likely to become the future development trend in this field.
