摘　　要：本文深入分析了浙江省中医药领域的数字化改革实践案例,对中医药数字化改革过程中遇到的困境和问题进行了详细分析,主要包括中医药标准化的底层逻辑挑战、传承与创新之间的平衡难题、人才短缺与培养机制的不完善、数据安全与隐私保护的严峻挑战,以及公众认知与接受度的提升。基于此,本文提出了相应的改革建议,包括重视信息基础设施建设、搭建信息共享平台,加强专业人员培训、配备所需人才,促进机构间的协同合作以推进改革成效,创新传承方式并融合现代科技,并营造有利于发展的良好环境,这些措施旨在为数字化中医药的发展和传承提供新的思路和方向。This paper deeply analyzes the practical cases of digital reform in the field of traditional Chinese medicine in Zhejiang Province,and makes a detailed analysis of the difficulties and problems encountered in the process of digital reform in traditional Chinese medicine.It mainly includes the underlying logical challenges of traditional Chinese medicine standardization,the difficult balance between tradition and innovation,the shortage of talents and the imperfection of training mechanism,the serious challenges of data security and privacy protection,and the increase in improve public awareness and acceptance.Based on these findings,the paper proposes corresponding reform suggestions,including valuing the construction of information infrastructure,building information sharing platforms,strengthening the training of professional personnel,and equipping them with necessary talents,promoting collaborative cooperation between institutions to advance reform effectiveness,innovating methods of inheritance and integrating modern technology,and creating a favorable environment for development.These measures aim to provide new ideas and directions for the development and inheritance of digital traditional Chinese medicine.
