摘　　要：目的基于概念网络技术挖掘姜良铎教授治疗肺小结节的用药规律和临床思路。方法收集姜教授2008—2023年在北京中医药大学东直门医院门诊部诊治的209例肺小结节医案的处方数据,运用MATLAB软件构建药物概念网络,通过网络拓扑分析、中心性计算和模块划分等方法,挖掘姜教授处方的核心药物、常用配伍及用药规律。结合传统中医理论,对网络分析结果进行定性阐释。结果姜教授治疗肺小结节的核心药物包括黄芩、白芍、赤芍、穿山甲、枳壳和丹参等,常用药物可分为清化热毒湿浊、润肺化痰、活血化瘀、健脾理气、解毒利湿补虚及通络解毒散结六大类。结论概念网络分析可直观展示姜教授治疗肺小结节的临床思路及其理论内涵,为中医药防治肺小结节提供有益启示。该研究方法对挖掘和传承名老中医学术经验具有重要意义,为中医药理论创新提供新思路。Objective To explore Professor Jiang Liangduo’s medication pattern and clinical approach in the treatment of small pulmonary nodules based on concept network technology.Methods Prescription data for 209 cases of small pulmonary nodules treated by Professor Jiang in Outpatient Department of Dongzhimen Hospital in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from 2008 to 2023 were collected.MATLAB software was used to construct drug concept networks.The core drugs,common combinations,and medication patterns of Professor Jiang’s prescription were excavated through methods such as network topology analysis,centrality calculation,and module partitioning.Combined traditional Chinese medicine theory,the results of network analysis were qualitatively interpreted.Results The core drugs of Professor Jiang in the treatment of small pulmonary nodules were Scutellariae Radix,Paeoniae Radix Alba,Paeoniae Radix Rubra,Manis Squama,Aurantii Fructus,and Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma.Common medicines can be divided into six categories:clearing heat toxin dampness turbidity,moistening lung and resolving phlegm,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,strengthening spleen and regulating qi,detoxifying dampness and tonifying deficiency,and clearing collaterals,detoxifying and dispersing nodules.Conclusion Concept network analysis can visually demonstrate Professor Jiang’s clinical approach and theoretical connotation in the treatment of small pulmonary nodules,providing useful insights for the prevention and treatment of small pulmonary nodules in traditional Chinese medicine.This research method is of great significance for exploring and inheriting the academic experience of famous traditional Chinese medicine practitioners,and providing new ideas for theoretical innovation in traditional Chinese medicine.
