摘　　要：泛素特异性蛋白酶(USP)是一类去泛素化酶,其通过特异性切割泛素与底物蛋白间的共价键,去除泛素标签,调节蛋白质的稳定性、活性和功能,对细胞内多种生理和病理过程具有重要调控作用。本文探讨USP13在肿瘤发展中的作用,特别是其如何通过调节蛋白去泛素化影响肿瘤细胞生长、侵袭、药物耐药性和肿瘤微环境,回顾USP13在多种肿瘤类型中的研究进展,强调其作为潜在治疗靶点的重要性,并指出未来研究需深入理解USP13的具体分子机制,探索其在不同肿瘤背景下的作用差异及开发针对USP13的治疗策略。通过综合评述USP13在多种肿瘤中的作用机制及其潜在的治疗应用,为未来肿瘤治疗策略的研发提供重要的科学依据和新的研究方向,有助于推动个性化医疗和精准治疗肿瘤的进展。Ubiquitin-specific protease(USP)is a type of deubiquitinase that specifically cleaves covalent bonds between ubiquitin and substrate proteins,removes ubiquitin tags,regulates protein stability,activity,and function,and plays an important regulatory role in various physiological and pathological processes within cells.This article explores the role of USP13 in tumor development,particularly how it affects tumor cell growth,invasion,drug resistance,and tumor microenvironment by regulating protein deubiquitination.It reviews the research progress of USP13 in various types of tumors,emphasizes its importance as a potential therapeutic target,and points out that future research needs to deepen understanding of specific molecular mechanisms of USP13,explore its differential effects in different tumor backgrounds,and develop treatment strategies targeting USP13.By comprehensively reviewing the mechanism of action and potential therapeutic applications of USP13 in various tumors,important scientific basis and new research directions are provided for the development of future tumor treatment strategies,which will help promote the progress of personalized medicine and precision treatment of tumors.
