摘 要:早期筛查、防治癌前病变是降低结直肠癌(CRC)发病率和死亡率的关键。癌症生物学研究揭示微生物在CRC发展和治疗中的作用,然而,在目前的CRC筛查与诊断方面,微生物组带来的潜力并未被重视。近年来,具核梭杆菌(Fn)已被证实与CRC密切相关,作为CRC新的生物标志物,其表现出良好的CRC诊断性能。Fn的检测依赖于粪便、血液和唾液样本,其非侵入性更易在常规体检中实施。本文总结Fn在CRC诊断中的临床价值,探讨其作为新的生物标志物在CRC早期无创筛查中的应用前景,以期为现有CRC筛查提供新的诊断工具。Early screening and prevention of precancerous lesions are the key factors to reduce the incidence rate and mortality rate of colorectal cancer(CRC).Cancer biology research sheds light on the role of microorganism in CRC development and treatment.However,the potential of the microbiome has not been appreciated in the current context of CRC screening and diagnosis.In recent years,Fusobacterium nucleatum(Fn)has been confirmed to be closely related to CRC.As a new biomarker for CRC,it has shown good diagnostic performance for CRC.Testing for Fn relies on stool,blood,and saliva samples,making it non-invasive and easier to perform during routine physical examinations.This paper summarizes clinical value of Fn in the diagnosis of CRC,and discusses its application prospect as a new biomarker in the early non-invasive screening of CRC,in order to provide new diagnostic tool for the existing CRC screening methods.
