摘 要:24-表芸苔素内酯和28-高芸苔素内酯通过相关手性配体进行手性合成得到,对4种手性配体进行试验筛选,确定两者合成中关键步骤所需的手性配体。试验结果显示,手性配体DHQD-CLB、DHQD-NAP分别适用于24-表芸苔素内酯、28-高芸苔素内酯合成中关键步骤的双羟基化反应,底物转化率分别为79%和73%。24-Epibrassinolide and 28-homobrassinolide were synthesized by chiral synthesis of related chiral ligands.In order to determine the chiral ligands using in the key synthesis steps,four kinds of chiral ligands were screened by experiments.The results showed that the chiral ligand DHQD-CLB and DHQD-NAP were suitable for the dihydroxylations of the key steps in 24-epibrassinolide and 28-homobrassinolide synthesis,and the reaction conversion rates reached 79%and 73%,respectively.
