摘　　要：目的探究ProTaper Universal、M3镍钛锉结合超声荡洗在慢性根尖周病患者根管治疗中的治疗效果。方法前瞻性选取2022年1月至12月大同市第五人民医院收治的慢性根尖周病患者106例,所有患者均接受根管治疗,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各53例。对照组进行ProTaper Universal、M3镍钛锉结合注射器冲洗治疗,研究组进行ProTaper Universal、M3镍钛锉结合超声荡洗治疗。比较两组间玷污层评分、术后疼痛情况、根管临床预备时间、充填情况,并对治疗效果进行评价。结果研究组根上段、根中段、根下段的玷污层评分分别为(2.05±0.87)、(2.88±1.05)、(3.66±0.74)分,均低于对照组[(2.66±1.02)、(4.05±0.85)、(4.77±0.41)分],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组和对照组的根管预备疼痛情况比较中,研究组2、3级疼痛占比低于对照组,0、1级疼痛占比高于对照组,且研究组术后疼痛率为41.51%,低于对照组(62.26%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组与对照组的根管充填合格率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组的根管预备时间及根管治疗时间分别为(9.11±0.78)、(44.52±2.36)s,均短于对照组[(13.88±2.15)、(51.55±5.48)s],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的治疗有效率为88.68%,高于对照组(73.58%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ProTaper Universal和M3镍钛锉结合超声荡洗在慢性根尖周病根管治疗中表现出更良好的治疗效果和较低的术后疼痛水平,可改善患者的玷污层清洁情况。Objective To explore the therapeutic effectiveness of ProTaper Universal and M3 nickel-titanium files combined with ultrasonic irrigation in the endodontic treatment of patients with chronic periapical periodontitis.Methods A total of 106 patients with chronic periapical disease admitted to the Fifth People's Hospital of Datong from January 2022 to December 2022 were prospectively selected and treated with root canal therapy.They were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group received ProTaper Universal and M3 nickel-titanium files combined with syringe irrigation,while the study group was treated with ProTaper Universal and M3 nickel-titanium files combined with ultrasonic irrigation.The smear layer score,postoperative pain,root canal clinical preparation time and filling were compared between the two groups,and the treatment outcomes were evaluated.Results The smear layer scores of the upper root,middle root and lower root of the study group were(2.05±0.87),(2.88±1.05)and(3.66±0.74)points,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group[(2.66±1.02),(4.05±0.85),(4.77±0.41)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the comparision of root canal preparation pain between the study group and the control group,the proportion of grade 2,3 pain in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the proportion of grade 0,1 pain was higher than that in the control group,the postoperative pain rate of the study group was 41.51%,which was lower than that of the control group(62.26%),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative pain rate in the study group was also lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the qualified rate of root canal filling between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).The root canal preparation time and root canal treatment time of the study group wer
