摘　　要：本文提出并设计了一种工业智能相机在线检测玻璃针筒尺寸的视觉检测系统,它主要由4台工业智能相机、检测光源、安装支架、PLC、计算机组成,工业智能相机、PLC均与工控机相连,计算机负责整个系统的数据采集、处理、结果判断和储存。该测量系统自动化程度高,测量速度快,检测精度高,能够满足被测物体玻璃的透明属性及高温工况下工作。This paper addresses the design of a visual detection system using industrial intelligent cameras to detect dimensions of glass syringe barrels inline.The system mainly consists of four industrial intelligent cameras,detection light sources,mounting brackets,PLC and a computer.Cameras and PLCs are both connected with an industrial controller,while the computer is responsible for data acquisition and processing,detection result judgment and storage for the whole system.The measuring system is characterized by high automation degree,fast measurement speed and high detection accuracy,and is capable of handling transparent glass objects under high temperature.
