厚朴排气合剂联合舒泰清对无痛结肠镜检查前肠道准备质量的影响观察

摘　　要：目的评价厚朴排气合剂联合复方聚乙二醇电解质散(商品名:舒泰清)对无痛结肠镜检查前肠道准备质量的影响。方法选择100例进行无痛结肠镜检查的患者,采用信封法分为观察组与对照组,各50例。观察组患者口服厚朴排气合剂联合舒泰清,对照组患者口服舒泰清。比较两组患者的肠道清洁度、病变检出率、服药耐受度、不良反应发生率、首次排便时间。结果观察组患者肠道清洁度Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级分别为19、29、2例,对照组分别为8、34、8例。观察组患者肠道清洁度优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者病变总检出率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者服药耐受度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率26%低于对照组的60%(P<0.05)。观察组患者首次排便时间(0.62±0.25)d短于对照组的(1.80±0.87)d(P<0.05)。结论厚朴排气合剂联合舒泰清应用于无痛结肠镜检查前肠道准备,能有效提高肠道清洁度,加速肠道内粪便排出,一定程度上缩短肠道准备时间,降低患者不适感。Objective To evaluate the effect of Houpo Paiqi Mixture combined with polyethylene glycol electrolytes powder(trade name:Shutaiqing)on the quality of bowel preparation before painless colonoscopy.Methods A total of 100 patients undergoing painless colonoscopy were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group by envelope method,with 50 patients in each group.The observation group was given oral administration of Houpo Paiqi Mixture combined with Shutaiqing,while the control group was given oral administration of Shutaiqing.The intestinal cleanliness,lesion detection rate,drug tolerance,incidence of adverse reactions and time of first defecation were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had 19,29,and 2 patients with gradeⅠ,Ⅱ,andⅢintestinal cleanliness,respectively,while the control group had 8,34,and 8 patients,respectively.The intestinal cleanliness of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the overall detection rate of lesions between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in drug tolerance between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of 26%in the observation group was lower than 60%in the control group(P<0.05).The time of first defecation of(0.62±0.25)d in the observation group was shorter than(1.80±0.87)d in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of Houpo Paiqi Mixture combined with Shutaiqing in bowel preparation before painless colonoscopy can effectively improve bowel cleanliness,accelerate the excretion of feces in the bowel,shorten bowel preparation time to a certain extent,and reduce patient discomfort.
