摘　　要：教育信息化发展新阶段的到来,使得越来越多的一线教师开始重视使用信息技术促进日常教学的改革与发展。OBE是一种以学生为本、以成果为导向的全新的教育理念。它作为一种具有重要实践意义的教育理念,受到教育领域的广泛重视和认可。因此,本研究旨在将该教育理念融入大学计算机应用基础课程,借助“雨课堂”教学平台,构建一个结合问题驱动教学法(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)+5E教学法的创新教学模式。本文分析了现代教育技术为计算机基础课程教学带来的新机遇,采用了雨课堂支持的PBL+5E创新教学模式,并将其运用到大学计算机基础教学中。同时,本研究融入了思政元素,以增强学生的学习成就感,解决计算机基础教学中的痒点、痛点问题,提高大学计算机基础教学的趣味性和吸引力,为同类型课程增强教学效果提供了实践指导和参考。With the advent of a new stage in the development of educational informatization,more and more front-line teachers have begun to pay attention to the use of information technology to promote the reform and development of daily teaching.OBE is a brand-new educational concept that is student-oriented and results-oriented.As an educational concept with important practical significance,it has been widely emphasized and recognized in the field of education.Therefore,the purpose of this paper is to integrate this educational concept into the basic computer application courses of universities,and to construct an innovative teaching mode combining problem-based learning(PBL)+5E teaching method with the help of the teaching platform of“Rain Classroom”.This paper analyzes the new opportunities brought by modern educational technology to the teaching of basic computer courses,adopts the PBL+5E innovative teaching model supported by Rain Classroom,and applies it to the teaching of basic computer courses in universities.At the same time,this study incorporates the elements of Civics and Politics to enhance students’sense of achievement in learning,to solve the itchy and painful problems in basic computer teaching,to improve the fun and attractiveness of basic university computer teaching,and to provide practical guidance and reference for the same type of courses to enhance the teaching effect.
