高校线上线下混合式教学实践困境与创新路径

摘　　要：在数字化时代背景下,高校积极开展线上线下混合式教学改革,但在实践中面临教学资源整合与管理难度增加、学生参与度和互动性不足、教学评价体系不完善等困境。高校需要从资源共享平台构建与教学模式创新、技术平台整合与数据分析应用、教师能力提升与专业发展支持、学习评价多元化与反馈机制优化等方面入手,探索线上线下混合式教学的创新路径,不断提升教学效果,优化教育资源配置,培养学生的数字化学习能力,推动高等教育教学改革持续深入发展。In the context of the digital era,universities actively carry out the reform of online and offline mixed teaching reform,but in practice,they are faced with difficulties such as increasing difficulty of teaching resource integration and management,lack of student participation and interaction,and imperfect teaching evaluation system.For solving,colleges and universities need from resource sharing platform construction and teaching mode innovation,technology platform integration and data analysis application,teachers'ability and professional development support,diversified evaluation and feedback mechanism optimization,explore online path of innovation,hybrid teaching improve teaching effect,optimize the allocation of education resources,cultivate students'digital learning ability,promote continuous development of higher education teaching reform.
